Qualifications
  • Trading Standards or Consumer Affairs qualification (or willingness to achieve this in post)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulatory or investigative role
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and enforcement procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads and draft accurate legal documents
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and data systems
  • A flexible, adaptable approach and commitment to high standards
  • A driving licence is desirable
