Position: Technical Team Lead / BI Analyst with Tableau experience

Location: Hybrid/Borehamwood

Salary: £45k-£60k - Permanent

Leading IT Consultancy with offices in the UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland) is seeking a permanent Technical Team Lead / BI Analyst with Tableau experience. We provide services including IT Consultancy, Software Project Development, and Infrastructure/Application Support for clients across various sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing, and Charities (including UN organizations).

The role is based 2 days per week in Borehamwood, with occasional travel to Milton Keynes. As part of an Employee Ownership Trust, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's future vision and share in profits after a qualifying period.

Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years relevant technical experience (mandatory)
2. Proficiency in Business Intelligence and analytics, especially Tableau
3. Experience with migration and upgrades end-to-end
4. Good knowledge of Business Objects (BO), .Net, SQL, and advanced Database skills (major advantage)
5. Team leading / management experience supporting a software team
6. Experience in an IT services-based company preferred
7. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
8. Self-motivated with a proactive approach
9. Flexible and open-minded with a 'can do' attitude
10. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
