A leading engineering recruitment firm in the UK seeks a Technical Support Engineer for customer support. This role involves providing effective pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and supporting production with technical issues. Candidates must have a strong electro-mechanical background and an understanding of PLC and HMI control systems. The position offers a salary of £47,000 per annum and various benefits including pension contributions and profit sharing.
Technical Support Engineer - Customer support
Basic working hours are 38 hours per week. Hours of work will be from 8.00 am to 4.45 p.m., Monday to Thursday, with a half‑hour break for lunch between 12.30 & 13.00, and from 8.00am to 1 pm on Friday without a lunch break.
Salary is £47,000 per annum.

To provide timely, professional, and effective pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to external customers, primarily in writing but also by phone and in person in full compliance with The company quality management systems.
Supporting the production test area to resolve technical issues as they arise. (Fault Finding)
Special testing of chambers.
Fault Finding and resolution in Production
