API Technical Support Troubleshooting Customer Service Payments

As a Technical Support Engineer at Adyen, you will be the primary point of contact for our global merchants, providing technical support and contributing to their success. You'll collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure merchants can seamlessly process payments and grow their businesses. This role requires a merchant-focused, highly motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, international environment. You will be part of a 24/7 business, operating across time zones. Your expertise in payments and the Adyen platform will be invaluable to both our merchants and internal teams.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as a key source of knowledge on the Adyen platform and APIs, web-stack technologies, and industry-standard integration methods.
  • Provide direct technical support to merchants throughout their lifecycle.
  • Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and providing merchant feedback to the platform team.
  • Advise merchants on best implementation practices and address specific technical issues.
