Qualifications

  • Must be over 18 for potential overseas training.
  • Driving licence preferred due to travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone inquiries and provide 1st/2nd line support for FLIR/Raymarine products.
  • Manage CRM and email queries, assist colleagues, oversee returns and repairs.
  • Conduct in-field service visits and escalate technical issues.
  • Support engineering teams and drive product improvement.
  • Deliver technical training sessions for customers.
