Technical Support Analyst - £200/day via umbrella company - 3-month Contract Swindon Onsite - SCC FLEX CONTRACT

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Support Team. In this role, you will provide critical break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring seamless operations within our organization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications while coordinating escalations with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Re-image devices and reinstall/configure applications as required.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications efficiently.
  • Coordinate escalations and hardware replacements with third-party vendors.
  • Document issues and resolutions in IT service management systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
  • Assist with general troubleshooting of user issues and hardware refresh projects.
  • Support migration efforts, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 in-place upgrades.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in break/fix support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, M365, Teams, and ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Ability to follow instructions and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for hardware replacements.
