Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering compliance and UK legislation.
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planned and reactive maintenance to meet service level agreements.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and minimize operational downtime.
• Mentor and develop technicians and apprentices, promoting a strong safety culture.
