An established Design & Build / Turnkey fit out contractor is seeking a talented Technical Services Manager (TSM) to deliver high-profile commercial projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping office fit out schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure M&E services are designed, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

• Oversee M&E services from design stage through to completion.
• Review and challenge consultant designs, aligning them with client and project objectives.
• Support pre-construction activities including design reviews, tendering, and technical submissions.
• Manage subcontractor coordination, installation quality, and programme delivery.
• Lead commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Act as the key technical interface between design teams, site operations, and the client.

What We re Looking For

• Experience as a TSM / MEP Manager within commercial fit out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Proven background in D&B / turnkey delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
