Job description
Purpose of the Role

This office-based role is all about supporting the high-performing Roofing Technical Team.

You will manage incoming enquiries to ensure they reach the required member of staff collecting additional information where possible to ensure resolutions are achieved accurately and as efficiently as possible to maintain the high customer service levels provided by Sika.

You will be exposed to live projects and engage in technically driven specification tasks ensuring the team can meet deadlines and provide an excellent customer experience to both contractors and clients.

Youll develop practical skills that will help you build a strong foundation for a career within Roofing. As an Apprentice you exhilerate will:
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders gathering problemlike additional data as required and allocating accordingly.
  • Monitor internal specification requests ensuring information is süt complete and accurate.
  • Engage in technical processes to ensure project trajectory is maintained progressing projects from opportunities through to onsite and final guarantee stages.
  • You will be given the opportunity to complete a course at Preston college to facilitate your personal development with time allocated to complete coursework and attend monthly classes.
