Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales) + discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £10,000

The role of the Technical Sales Manager - Ventilation Products will involve:
  • Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
  • Focusing on social housing, local authorities and new build projects such as office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as getting involved with associated commercial projects
  • Generating specifications via building services consultants, M&E consultants, specifiers and housing developers
  • Selling into M&E contractors, main contractors, sub‑contractors, developers and builders
  • Generating new business relationships and expanding neglected existing accounts
  • Dealing with typical projects of around £50k – £500k depending on project size
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager - Ventilation Products with:
  • Ideally a technical manager or related technical background looking to step into the field
  • Strong technical knowledge and capabilities
  • Sales experience
  • HVAC product related experience (ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units)
  • Contacts with M&E consultants, social housing specifiers, main contractors and sub‑contractors
  • Team player who is highly organised
