Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the group's platform to customers, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Work closely with customer success, engineering, data, and design teams, coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring clients have a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.
