Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Technical Programme Manager to join their People Services team for a temporary contract of 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in creating a streamlined, digital-first Help experience for colleagues!

Location: Welwyn Garden City (3 Days in Office)
Rate: 750.00 pd Umbrella
About the Role

As the Technical Programme Manager, you will lead the charge in driving behavioural and technical transformations within the Help domain. Your mission? Simplifying and enhancing the support experience for colleagues while ensuring seamless delivery of existing services and onboarding new products.

What You’ll Do:
  • Spearhead initiatives that prioritize simplification and digitalization across colleague support processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business partners to define and execute a clear roadmap.
  • Ensure new initiatives are well-defined in terms of scope, value, cost, resources, and design.
  • Track progress and outcomes to guarantee a successful delivery.
Key Initiatives Include:
  • Developing centralized tools to digitalize Help processes, content, and documentation.
  • Driving enhancements that prepare the Help service for the future while maintaining continuity and onboarding new consumers.
  • Expanding new technologies and capabilities for experimentation and implementation, with a focus مجانية AI.
