What we are looking for..
We have an exciting opportunity for Technical Operators to join the Irn Bru team based in Cumbernauld! Come and join us at a time when we are investing in replacing our production lines with new equipment to ensure our production is as efficient as possible. In this fast-paced and varied role, we’ll give you the training and support needed to ensure you can excel at AG Barr! We have a skills framework in place and you would be supported in your journey through our training programme to recognise your skills as they develop.
Our one constant is our focus on safety - this is our number one priority. As an operator, you will be part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement, running the production lines, and providing basic maintenance, quality and hygiene checks. The shift pattern is a weekly rotating early, back and night shift Monday to Friday on a 37.5 hour working week.
Shift patterns of Monday to Friday working a weekly rotating back, early & night (BEN) and 3 on / 3 off may be available, which we will discuss in more detail with final stage candidates.
