A leading insurance and risk management firm in the UK is seeking a Technical Operations Assistant to drive operational excellence within the Specialty division. The role involves supporting KPI management, enhancing collaboration across teams, and ensuring prompt service delivery to clients. As a Technical Operations Assistant, you will play a key supporting role at the heart of our Specialty division. Working within the central Technical Operations team, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen collaboration across multiple Specialty business lines, and ensure our teams have the insight and support they need to deliver outstanding service to their clients.
This role will suit an individual with strong analytical and communication skills. Ideally you will have some previous knowledge or experience of the insurance industry, or practical experience in delivering reporting and managing stakeholders.
