What you'll be doing

Leading Maple's marketing strategy and annual plan, aligning it with our business goals.

Managing campaigns (email, digital, and social) that strengthen brand visibility and drive new enquiries.

Overseeing the company website, SEO, and analytics.

Building relationships with specifiers and contractors to gather feedback for future improvements including market research on customers, competitors and emerging sectors.

Providing strategic marketing input into live bids and pre-construction activities to help secure major project wins.

Coordinating product launches, case studies, and events that showcase Maple's technical capability.

Taking the sampling approach to a new level that is perfectly aligned to the growing expectations of the architect and contractor audiences.

Inspiring your team to grow through Personal Development Planning of Direct Reports.

Owning the marketing budget, reporting, and performance scorecards.

Maintaining and developing Maple's Technical Assets Library and brand consistency across all materials.

What we're looking for

Degree level education or equivalent.

5 years+ strategic marketing experience, including managing a team.

Strong understanding of technical or specification-led marketing, ideally in a construction market.

Confident communicator who can engage both creative and technical audiences.

Experience managing digital marketing, SEO, Automations, Lead Scores, and website performance.

Commercially aware and comfortable flexing between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

Capable project manager of events and campaigns.
