A family-run food firm in Manchester is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to oversee food safety and quality at their manufacturing site. You will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with high standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Science and extensive experience in managing BRC certifications. 🕓 Working Pattern : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead food safety and quality at our food manufacturing site. You’ll take ownership of the Quality Management System, maintain BRC certification, and drive continuous improvement in all technical standards. Working closely with the senior management team, you’ll ensure our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.
