Overview
This position is with a multi-sited, family-run business renowned for delivering top-quality products to both the retail and foodservice sectors. The company is dedicated to excellence in customer service, innovation, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical contact for key retail customers. Ensure their needs are clearly understood, share updates regularly, and develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships.
- Work with teams across the business to develop new products and packaging that meet customer expectations. Keep customers informed and involved through samples, meetings, and clear communication.
- Help ensure all products are safe, legal, and high quality. Handle complaints, support audits, and work closely with the factory to maintain high standards and resolve issues quickly.
- Keep technical procedures and company policies up to date. Take part in audits and collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet company standards.
About You
- The successful candidate shall be educated to degree level in a food science or related subject, with a proven background of experience supplying into major retailers.

- The Technical Manager job (ref:8929) and is paying c.£50,000 according to your experience.
- The site is based in the West Midlands and is commutable from Redditch, Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury, Cheltenham, Evesham, Royal Leamington Spa, Alcester and surrounding areas.
- The working hours are Monday - Friday.
