Job Introduction

Gleeson Homes have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our team. As our Technical Manager, you will work closely with the Technical Director, the Technical & Commercial team and the wider business to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the Architectural, Engineering and De-sign / Planning activities of the region from initial land appraisal through to final adoptions of a development.

• Assist in the evaluation and appraisal of development opportunities and to provide information required to purchase land.
• Advise on and secure planning approvals, delivering and reporting as per Group policies and processes to meet the Region's business plan.
