About The Role

Brett Concrete are seeking an experienced concrete industry Technical Manager to oversee the running of the technical department and its systems for 19 concrete plants.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically drive and lead an effective Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Culture.
  • Ensuring compliance against standard and audits.
  • Meeting testing regimes and ensuring compliance and recording of accurate data.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, costs and quality.
  • Profit responsible by providing cost effective material solutions to meet customer and Material and Product Standards.
  • Lead the technical team, manage resources, and maintain high standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain a Technical system.
We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies, systems, and industry trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong leadership presence with a focus on team empowerment.
  • Concrete industry experience or similar.
  • IT Literate.
