Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical or quality management role within food manufacturing.
• Experience with SALSA or BRC accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System.
• Lead the HACCP team and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
• Prepare for and lead third-party and local authority audits.
• Provide expert guidance on food safety, hygiene, and best manufacturing practices.
• Support new product development from a technical perspective.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce complaints and improve process control.
• Oversee pest control, hygiene, microbiology, and training programmes.
• Lead and develop a motivated technical and hygiene team.
