We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our Implementation team. This senior, client‑facing role is responsible for designing and delivering high‑quality technical solutions for client onboarding and migration projects. Alongside hands‑on technical delivery, the Technical Lead provides line management to a member of the technical team, ensuring strong performance, effective resource allocation, and ongoing professional development.

In this role you will combine hands‑on technical delivery with people leadership in a client‑focused implementation environment. You will design and deliver bespoke onboarding and migration solutions, working with technologies such as TSQL, XML/XSLT, and automation tooling, while collaborating closely with client‑facing teams. Alongside technical consultancy, you will provide line management to a technical team member, supporting performance, development, and effective resource planning, while championing best practices, documentation, and compliance with data protection and security standards.
You are an experienced technical consultant with deep expertise in TSQL and strong experience working with XML/XSLT and automation technologies such as TypeScript or Office Script. You bring a solid background in data migration and client delivery, are comfortable working across modern development and collaboration tools, and ideally have familiarity with the Cintra iQ platform. Alongside your technical strengths, you are a confident communicator and leader with a proven ability to mentor and develop others, a strong problem‑solving mindset, and a clear commitment to data security, compliance, and high‑quality delivery.
