A leading property development firm in Birmingham seeks a Technical Coordinator for a temporary-to-permanent role on a high-rise project. Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator, Architect or Engineer on high-rise projects.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical drawings are adequate for site development.
• Deliver technical design approvals on time.
• Maintain budget controls throughout project phases.
• Present design program updates at progress meetings.

Job description

*Technical Coordinator (Temp-Perm), Birmingham*
A Technical Coordinator is required for a multi-phased residential development in Birmingham, working for one of the country's most successful developers. This role is a 6-9 month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with appropriate authorities
• Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed
• Delivering technical design approvals for the projects
• Working within established budgets
• Preparing and presenting the design program at progress meetings

This role would be best suited to existing Technical Coordinators however Architects and Engineers with experience working on high-rise, developer-led schemes will also be considered. The role is available immediately so immediate availability is preferred.

Offering a remuneration equivalent of up to £65k pro rata
