Strong leading major house building working across a number of locations across the UK. Due to growing success and continuous developments coming out of the ground they are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join the team.

Looking for an individual who has the experience of working on Traditional build houses and apartments.

There developments are based around quality rather than quantity with strong standards in design, whilst also providing and maintain strong relations with internal and external parties.

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the Technical Management to ensure that all design are in accordance with the expectation of the project
  • Ensure that all legal requirements are approved to ensure that projects begin and are constructed of the highest standard
  • Be present on site occasionally in order to carry out site checks.
  • Formulate and continuously develop briefs, by organising applicable information as instructed by the Technical Manager
  • Follow technical processes and procedure whilst carry out your role and improve or address any Technical issues in order to improve the process of any given project.
  • Checking full working drawing packages.

Personal Specification

  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a coordination role
  • Experience of working on a Residential projects of Houses and Apartments
  • Qualification or Degree within Architecture or coming from an architectural practice
  • Strong and Effective Leadership skills
