What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Technical team, ensuring every product meets UK and international standards. Your work will help safeguard product safety, legal compliance, and the trusted reputation of the Wassen brand.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• Support timely batch release activities.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and certificates.
• Assist in managing quality events, including non-conformances, OOS results, customer complaints, and product recalls.
• Support supplier evaluation and approval processes.
• Help conduct risk assessments and implement preventive actions.
• Support QC testing protocols, analyse results, and communicate quality feedback to third-party manufacturers.
• Maintain retained samples, stability studies, and shelf-life monitoring.

Regulatory Affairs

• Provide regulatory input for NPD/EPD projects.
• Request and maintain regulatory documentation (e.g., CoC, CFS).
• Conduct formulation reviews against UK/EU and international regulations.
• Review and approve product wording, artwork, and marketing materials.
• Support international product registrations and technical submissions.

Projects & Collaboration

• Co-ordinate technical projects aligned with business priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement across technical processes.
• Identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure alignment and best practice.
