A leading pharmacy retailer is seeking a creative individual to join their Customer Marketing Operations team in London. This role involves driving dynamic multi-channel CRM campaigns and collaborating with design teams to enhance customer engagement through technical email and app communications. Ideal candidates should possess strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills alongside an interest in digital marketing. Flexible contract options available.

Sitting within the Customer Marketing Operations Team, you'll be responsible for building and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns, while also playing a pivotal role in our transformation journey as we migrate into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack.
You will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business as well as external vendors on exciting and cutting-edge technologies and play an integral part of implementing these in the day-to-day work. You will develop expertise in the digital marketing journey, with full access to our digital marketing training programme, building excellent foundations for career progression.
As a key member of the Customer Marketing Operations team, you'll drive dynamic multi-channel communications spanning Email, Push, In-app messages, Inbox, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer engagement and brand loyalty by working across a variety of channels.
