Sitting within the Customer Marketing Operations Team, you'll be responsible for building and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns, while also playing a pivotal role in our transformation journey as we migrate into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack.

You will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business as well as external vendors on exciting and cutting-edge technologies and play an integral part of implementing these in the day-to-day work. You will develop expertise in the digital marketing journey, with full access to our digital marketing training programme, building excellent foundations for career progression.

About the role

As a key member of the Customer Marketing Operations team, you'll drive dynamic multi-channel communications spanning Email, Push, In-app messages, Inbox, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer engagement and brand loyalty by working across a variety of channels.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life through technical email and app communications that captivate and engage customers.
  • Build and test custom emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack and Adobe Marketing Cloud, crafting compelling digital experiences that make a difference in our customers' journeys.
  • Partner with Loyalty and Data teams to continually innovate and elevate our customer communications across email and app channels, shaping the future of our customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to explore and test cutting-edge CRM capabilities, driving innovation in how we connect with our audience.
  • Contribute to our transformation project by supporting the migration of campaigns and workflows into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack, helping to shape best practices and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful results and campaigns under tight deadlines, all while contributing to a highly collaborative and supportive team.
