Job description
Key Objectives & Deliverables

Delivery Management & Tracking: Act as the critical interface between the Business Stakeholders and the IT Development Team. Help maintain focus, track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure the IT team remains on target for the mid‑2026 Sanctions rollout (following the earlier ABC deployment).

Operational Readiness Planning: Lead the planning and execution for the replacement of the existing legacy tool. This includes defining and mapping the new day‑to‑day operational processes that will leverage the new system.

System Deployment & Readiness: Ensure all non‑functional requirements are met, working with Technology to coordinate system testing, performance tuning, and technical readiness for a large‑scale deployment.

Training & Adoption: Develop and oversee the delivery of training materials and sessions for end‑users (Operations, Compliance), ensuring a smooth transition and full user adoption of the new workflow tool.

Process Documentation: Review existing, and document new, detailed operational processes and procedures to govern how the new tool is used for effective alert/case management.

Stakeholder & Workstream Support: Provide essential BA support across up to five workstreams within the 2026 Sanctions/IFC portfolio, with the primary focus on the Case Management tool delivery.

Essential (Must‑Have Focus: Delivery & Technical Implementation)
  • Proven IT/Technical BA Skillset: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst focused on system delivery, implementation, and operational readiness rather than just early‑stage requirements gathering.
  • System Rollout Experience: Demonstrable experience taking a new, in‑house or bespoke IT system through the later stages of the project lifecycle (Build, Test, Training, Go‑Live, Hypercare).
  • Process & Training Delivery: Ability to plan and execute operational process changes, successful user training programs, and comprehensive adoption strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Highly confident communicator who can effectively liaise between Technical (IT) teams and Operational/Compliance end‑users.
  • Working Style: Adaptable, hands‑on, and autonomous professional who can contribute immediately and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Highly Advantageous (Preferred) Domain Context
  • Prior Business Analysis or delivery experience within Financial Crime, Sanctions, Anti‑Bribery & Corruption (ABC), or a similar Compliance/Regulatory domain.
  • Experience with Workflow, Alert, or Case Management systems implementation.
  • Prior experience in a global Investment or Universal Bank environment.

Hybrid working model: 3 days per week (Mon/Tue/Wed) in office in Canary Wharf, London and 2 days per week working remotely from home. Fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. Hands‑on, autonomous role with no direct reports. Candidates must be adaptable, confident, and able to contribute immediately.
