A leading British universal bank is seeking a Business Analyst for system delivery focused on operational readiness and compliance. The role demands extensive experience in business analysis, system rollout, and stakeholder engagement, within a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and technical expertise are paramount as you will manage multiple workstreams. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days onsite in London and 2 days remote work.
Delivery Management & Tracking: Act as the critical interface between the Business Stakeholders and the IT Development Team. Help maintain focus, track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure the IT team remains on target for the mid‑2026 Sanctions rollout (following the earlier ABC deployment).
Operational Readiness Planning: Lead the planning and execution for the replacement of the existing legacy tool. This includes defining and mapping the new day‑to‑day operational processes that will leverage the new system.
System Deployment & Readiness: Ensure all non‑functional requirements are met, working with Technology to coordinate system testing, performance tuning, and technical readiness for a large‑scale deployment.
Training & Adoption: Develop and oversee the delivery of training materials and sessions for end‑users (Operations, Compliance), ensuring a smooth transition and full user adoption of the new workflow tool.
Process Documentation: Review existing, and document new, detailed operational processes and procedures to govern how the new tool is used for effective alert/case management.
Stakeholder & Workstream Support: Provide essential BA support across up to five workstreams within the 2026 Sanctions/IFC portfolio, with the primary focus on the Case Management tool delivery.
Hybrid working model: 3 days per week (Mon/Tue/Wed) in office in Canary Wharf, London and 2 days per week working remotely from home. Fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. Hands‑on, autonomous role with no direct reports. Candidates must be adaptable, confident, and able to contribute immediately.
