This role involves crafting user manuals and guides while collaborating with engineers and product managers. As a Technical Author, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our products and our users, ensuring that everyone can fully understand and utilise our cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities
  • Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our software and hardware products.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights.
  • Create a variety of content types, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and online help.
  • Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
  • Ensure all content adheres to our style guide and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Technical Author, Technical Writer, or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly.
  • Experience with CATIA or simple CAD tool to creates illustrations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
