Job summary

A leading CRM solutions provider in the City of London seeks a skilled CRM Architect to oversee the end-to-end HubSpot architecture. This hybrid role involves designing workflows, leading API integrations, and defining data governance in a regulated SC Cleared environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience with HubSpot CRM and integration design, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.

Job description

CRM Architect - SC Cleared: HubSpot-centric platform used for programme operations, applications/evaluations, due-diligence, and a lightweight LMS built on HubSpot CMS. The role spans solution design, integrations, data governance, and security-by-design in a regulated environment.

Outside IR35, Hybrid working (flex for remote working), SC Cleared Environment.

  • Own the end-to-end HubSpot architecture (CRM + Service/Sales Hubs, custom objects, associations, pipelines, SLAs).
  • Design and optimise workflows & automation for applications, evaluation/scoring, case/ticket flow, and due-diligence gates.
  • Shape a HubSpot CMS/LMS experience: gated content, cohort portals, blogs per site, branded landing pages, private content.
  • Lead API integrations (HubSpot Private Apps/OAuth) to third-party data sources (e.g., due-diligence & mentoring platforms).
  • Define data models & governance: master data, dedupe/enrichment, consent/retention, lineage, reporting.
  • Establish observability & QA: error handling, retries/idempotency, monitoring, release standards.
  • Partner with delivery, UX, and vendor teams (incl. a HubSpot Elite Implementation Partner) to land working, secure solutions.
  • Produce architecture docs (C4, sequence/data flow diagrams), non-functional requirements, and threat models.
Experience
  • Deep hands-on with HubSpot CRM, Service Hub, Sales Hub Enterprise, Custom Objects, calculated properties, reports/dashboards, and complex workflows.
  • Strong integration design using HubSpot APIs, webhooks, middleware (e.g., Azure/AWS services, iPaaS), and secure secrets management.
  • Proven data architecture & governance in SaaS CRMs (quality, duplication control, enrichment, retention/compliance).
  • Excellent stakeholder skills; able to turn programme policy into pragmatic, scalable architecture.
