Join us as a Technical Advisor in Measham! The Technical Advisor will provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate specifications, resolving project challenges, and contributing to product development and fire testing initiatives.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide technical support to customers via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Deliver full specifications and assist with CAD details for projects.
  • Conduct product awareness training and occasional site visits to resolve project‑specific issues.
  • Support fire test installations and maintain accurate reporting of technical KPIs and trends.
  • Continuously improve technical processes and contribute to innovation in firestopping solutions.
What you’ll bring:
  • Strong problem‑solving and customer‑facing skills with a professional and presentable approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of integrity and transparency.
  • IFE level 2 or 3 is advantageous but not required.
