Job summary

A leading technology partner in the UK is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee project delivery and ensure efficient execution. This role involves managing strategic aspects, overseeing multiple teams, and developing financial goals. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and extensive experience in Telecommunications Infrastructure and project management methodologies. Qualifications

• Experience in a management-level role delivering Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling, ICT and/or Security projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites, design activities and production teams simultaneously.
• Proven capability to lead, motivate and develop multi-skilled project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic aspects of projects and mitigate any risk.
• Oversee Project Managers and Site Managers.
• Produce accurate management information e.g. Financial, Contract Programming.
• Develop and meet revenue and other financial goals for practice.

Proven experience of overseeing multiple project implementations

Strong interpersonal skills

Proven leadership skills

Excellent influencing and communication skills

Strong experience in project planning and delivery

Clear and confident communicator

Education

Relevant certifications such as CTPM, ECS, SMSTS

Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, BICSI, ITIL Foundation, MSP
