Team Support Coordinator

Location: Manchester

Contract: Temporary until 31st March 2026; Hours: Full time, Hybrid Monday to Friday 9am–5pm; Rate: £13.45 per hour.

Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Team Support Coordinator in a large social enterprise based in Manchester City Centre. The post holder will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to a team that delivers business advice and support to companies across Lancashire.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all initial enquiries, process contractual documentation, complete compliance checks and enter data on the CRM system (Evolutive).
  • Support all financial requirements, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Organise workshops and events across the region.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency with Office applications, including Excel and data manipulation.
  • Experience or willingness to learn CRM systems, ideally Evolution.
