Overview

Job Category: Next Stores

Shifts you are applying for: 9.50hrs p/w; Sun 12:00 - 16:00; Sat 13:00 - 19:00. Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it's presented to our customers. When you’re needed on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. Flexible working options are available.

To be a successful Stock Team Member you will have perfect products available for our online customers by:

Responsibilities
  • Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing and transferring stock in and out of store
  • Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
  • Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
  • Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
  • Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
  • Being a great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient — even on the busiest days
  • Being accurate, thorough and well organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Taking pride in your work and approaching tasks with energy, pace and dedication
  • Being happy to work on your own and stay productive to achieve performance targets
  • Being flexible, supportive and ready to go the extra mile for your team and customers
  • Enjoying taking control of your own development
Qualifications & Requirements
  • In accordance with Home Office guidance, evidence of the right to work in the UK before commencement of employment
  • Note: This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level
  • Willingness to complete online assessments as part of the application process (Working with Numbers and Retail Scenarios)
  • Ability to complete the online assessment within the specified timeframe to be eligible for interview consideration

As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment. Successful applications will be reviewed by our in-store recruitment team to arrange an initial interview to discuss your fit for the role.
