Team Manager (Social Work) – Children with Disabilities Team in Kidlington, Oxford. Locum full-time position for 3 months, paid £47.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a social care team to ensure timely, high-quality assessments, support, and interventions for children, young people, and families.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager/Head of Service to develop and deliver services for vulnerable children and families, aiming to protect them from significant harm.
• Monitor and manage the team\'s budget and resources.
• Ensure adherence to County policies and procedures; raise concerns as appropriate.
• Work from the office in Kidlington three days a week, with the option to claim for business mileage.

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire, England. This full-time locum assignment is intended for a 3-month period.
