We are looking for a Caring and reliable Team manager to work within the Preston Domiciliary Service in Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council.

We are looking for cheerful and positive individuals who would like to make a difference to the people we support, to come and join our team. Our Domiciliary Service requires a Team Manager to join us in making a substantial difference to the lives of the people we support within our Adult Disability Service.

You will be welcomed into people's homes and make their day to day routine something to look forward to with your upbeat attitude and friendly persona. It is essential that you have a background in Health and Social Care, and hold an NVQ level 3 or equivalent. We provide all the required training to ensure you get the most from your role, with qualifications on offer it's a great opportunity to progress in this service and turn it into a career to be proud of!

This is a 37.00 hour post, and will include weekends, bank holidays and on-call shifts.

Empathy & Resilience - you will have an understanding of the challenges the people we support deal with which means an empathic nature is of upmost importance - you will need bags of motivation and be able to keep going even on the more difficult days - the needs of our service users can be complex and you may face challenging behaviour but your determination and dedication to excellent care will make it feel easy - it is essential that you are able to communicate clearly and effectively with every individual providing reassurance and positivity.
