This is your chance to step into a frontline leadership role where you can drive meaningful outcomes for children and families at risk of significant harm.
As a Team Manager in the Children’s Safeguarding Service, you’ll lead a team of experienced Social Workers delivering statutory services to children subject to child protection and child in need plans. Your role will be central in overseeing quality frontline practice, managing complex risk, and ensuring that children are safeguarded through timely and effective interventions.
