To provide safe and effective management of a team/s within MHM's portfolio of Community Matters services, ensuring high quality service delivery to clients.

To provide safe and effective management of a team/s within MHM's portfolio of Community Matters services, ensuring high quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality recovery-focused support to clients within a designated service/location, actively promoting the service and managing all client-focused activity, including assessment and management of referrals, voids management (housing), needs assessment, support planning, risk management and safety planning, and regular review of need.
• Ensure completion of all My Future Matters documentation or other relevant client management information; ensure that all incidents and safeguarding concerns are managed in line with MHM policies and procedures; liaise with the relevant Area Manager to escalate issues promptly where they may affect safety and quality of service provision.
• Provide appropriate support and line management for staff within relevant teams, including induction, supervision, appraisal, development, absence and performance management in line with MHM's policies and procedures.
• Ensure staffing resources and capacity are adequate to deliver high-quality services to clients and meet contractual requirements, including recruitment of new staff and management of the staff rota.
• Ensure that all financial authorisation procedures are adhered to and communicate effectively, providing reports and associated documentation of a high standard to management and commissioners as required.
