Identifying inefficiencies in clinic processes, creating new resources, and working with senior leadership to drive improvements are also essential.
Additional responsibilities include escalating and resolving issues with senior management, participating in organizational events and leadership meetings, and identifying training needs for teams and individuals, forwarding these to senior leadership for further action.
