Team Manager

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: Up to £42K (DOE)

Type: Monday to Friday, 35 Hours Per Week, Future Hybrid working post probation completion.

Our financial services client is expanding their leadership team and has an exciting opportunity for experienced Team Leaders and Managers to join their growing company.

Your role will involve:
  • Leading and inspiring a mid sized high-performing team.

  • Track data and analytics to make informed decisions in accordance to KPI's.

Your Experience:
  • Managerial experience, ideally in a contact centre, financial or customer operations setting.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new systems.
