A retail company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Grocery Team Leader. In this role, you will manage daily operations at the Post Office, maximize sales, and lead staff to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in retail and knowledge of Microsoft Office. This position offers a chance to contribute to the development of both the Post Office and the store's success.
Your primary role will be as a Grocery Team Leader with additional assistant duties in the Post Office. Working to maximise sales and help minimise loss across the Store, by carrying out allocated tasks in order to contribute to the continuous development and improvement of both the Post Office and WineFlair Store. Serving customers and achieving a high level of customer care and satisfaction by providing a wide range of products and services. Managing the successful daily operation of the Post Office unit, handling and balancing cash accurately. Completing administration duties as required. Responsible for security and accuracy of stock and transactions of the Post Office on a daily and weekly basis.
