Location: Hull
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 38.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Rotating 3-shift system (Earlies, Lates, Nights)

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of skilled production operatives across a 3-shift system.
  • Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement in a high-end, customer-focused manufacturing setting.
  • Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Championing health & safety, lean manufacturing principles, and team engagement.
  • Supporting training and development initiatives to build a high-performing, motivated workforce.
