A community care provider in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Team Leader to oversee care packages and support staff in delivering high-quality care. This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) includes a mixture of shifts and office hours. Applicants should have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and strong leadership skills. Benefits include training, a pension, and paid leave. The candidate must pass an enhanced DBS check and ideally hold a driving license.

Cullum Road has 32 one and two-bedroom apartments for older people wanting to retain an independent lifestyle, while having the reassurance of a familiar and dedicated care team on site
This is a Full Time position, 75/25 Care and Admin, including a mixture of Shifts and Office Hours (9am - 5pm). 37.5 hours, per week, contract. Alternative Weekends.

As a Team Leader in our Extra Care Scheme, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care by overseeing care packages and supporting both people we support and Radis Staff. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a commitment to upholding dignity, choice, and respect in every aspect of care delivery.
Previous experience as a Team Leader will be desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3, or happy to gain the qualification. You will have good written and verbal commination skills and have a willingness to learn in line with the people we supports needs and expectations.
This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
A driving license with access to a vehicle will be desirable but not essential.
