An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join a thriving Doctors Recruitment Division within a well-established healthcare recruitment business. With a strong presence across the NHS and private sector throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, this division is expanding rapidly and now requires a capable leader to take it to the next level.
As Team Leader, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role managing and mentoring the existing team, developing new strategies for expansion and actively billing on your own desk. The role is heavily focused on candidate resourcing, account management and bookings with minimal cold BD required due to the current client demand.
