Location: Beck House - Chester
Type: Full‑Time | 38.5 Hours Per Week
Pay: £13.70 per hour (enhanced overtime rates £15.40 per hour)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation journey of the people we support. You’ll lead and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring exceptional care and outcome‑focused support at every step.

  • Lead the day‑to‑day operations alongside the Service Manager.
  • Promote daily independence in the people we support.
  • Supervise and mentor Support Workers.
  • Safely administer prescribed medication.
  • Allocate duties effectively across the team.
  • Champion person‑centred care and positive relationships with the people we support and their families.
  • Maintain accurate, respectful records.
  • Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, and best practices at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
  • Leadership experience or a strong desire to take the next step into a leadership role.
  • Empathy, resilience, and dedication to making a difference.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ideally, Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
