A community care organization in Trafford seeks a Team Leader to manage a team of support workers for individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality support and compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and at least 12 months' experience in a similar role. As a Team Leader, you will manage the team of Support workers to support a young lady with mild learning difficulties, cerebral palsy and anxiety in the Partington area. You will manage weekly rotas, fill sickness/holiday cover to ensure the young lady has full and adequate support at all times. Hours are currently 9-5 Monday to Friday but this may well change in the future so flexibility is essential for this role.

In addition, as the role of a Support Worker can be challenging at times, it is essential to have a positive mind-set with a desire to improve the lives of those with a learning disability. You will need to be quick thinking with a positive can-do attitude.
We require a minimum of 12 months UK experience in a similar role. You will be proactive, have a positive outlook and passion for supporting people to be the best they can be.
