Our client, a well-respected care provider, is looking to recruit an ambitious and hardworking healthcare professional, who is passionate about delivering the best standards of care for elderly residents to take on the role of the Team Leader. The home is registered for 29 beds.
A Team Leader is a step up from a Senior Care Assistant position, where you will have additional responsibilities due to your proven skills and experience. You will be a mentor and support to carers on the floor and work with the Head of Care and/or Deputy Manager and Manager to ensure that we are providing the best possible care.
