We are looking for a Team Leader to provide specialist treatment and care for up to three children/young people aged between 7-18 with EBD/Additional Needs. The home is rated \'Good\' by Ofsted, and provides nurturing and therapeutic care for children to progress with their lives. As such, we are looking for a Team Leader to lead shifts and work directly with the young people to make a difference.

3 week rolling rota, shifts are long days and sleep when needed on a pattern.
