Job description

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Ipswich working on the Anglian Water alliance.

Location: Ipswich

Hours: 45 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

In this role, you'll be working within the IMRDS team (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services) who maintain Anglian Water's supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service customers.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Team Leader, you'll be working within the reactive team, supporting them with site work on the water network.

Your day to day will include:

• Participating within a team ensuring works comply with relevant health, safety and environmental legislation and recycling takes place wherever possible
• Communicating with the supervisor and other colleagues to monitor progress and inform of problems
• Dealing with customers in a professional manner at all times

What are we looking for?
