Night shift involves overseeing the night replenishment of Produce, Meat, Chilled & Frozen sections, reporting to the Twilight Manager. There are two team leaders in this role.

About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old.

Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns. Flexibility with late and weekend shifts is required. We will work with you to accommodate your preferred shifts where possible.

As a Team Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training, communication, and ensuring product availability by planning overtime and holidays effectively.

We offer training across different areas to support your development in retail leadership.

About You

You should be friendly, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivating skills are essential to lead your team effectively and ensure excellent customer service.
