Are you a Chartered Structural Engineer with a passion for leading teams and delivering innovative designs across the residential, education, and hospitality sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage structural engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on residential, educational, and hospitality developments.
  • Act as the key point of contact with clients, architects, and contractors, fostering strong relationships.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, budget alignment, and timely completion.
  • Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering professional growth and team development.
  • Provide expert technical input, leveraging your chartered expertise to solve complex engineering challenges.
Your Role:
  • Chartered status (MScREus or MICE) – Essential (or near Chartered).
  • Proven leadership experience in structural engineering within the residential sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
