We're looking for a passionate Band 7 Team Lead Occupational Therapist to manage a small, dynamic team and drive service development within our Cardiorespiratory, Critical Care, and Surgical wards.
As Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operational management of Occupational Therapy services across Cardiorespiratory, Critical Care, and Surgery, providing clinical leadership and supervision to a dedicated Respiratory OT team. You will work autonomously with complex patients, leading advanced assessments and care planning within a multi-disciplinary team. You will also be a clinical expert resource to inpatient teams and actively contribute to service development, quality improvement, research, and audit initiatives.
